A few useful starting points for a more personal sleep setup.
Firmness is personal.
A mattress can feel different depending on your body weight, sleeping position and preference. Our finder suggests a starting point on a 1–10 scale, then shows the closest available product.
Softer surfaces allow more sink; firmer ones allow less. Firmer does not automatically mean better. Try the feel, check the product specifications and consider how comfortable you are in your usual sleeping position.
The preview uses illustrative matching rules. It cannot determine a medically required mattress or diagnose a condition.
Measure your bed first.
Measure the internal length and width of the frame in inches. Match those measurements to the mattress configuration; a “queen” or “king” label alone is not enough.

Thickness is separate from firmness. Choose a thickness compatible with your bed frame and preferred overall bed height. Check your measured frame dimensions before ordering.
A pillow that fits you.
Look for a height that keeps your head comfortably aligned with the rest of your body. Your sleeping position and the amount you sink into your mattress affect that fit.
If you mention neck discomfort, the finder may show a cervical pillow as an optional style to explore. A shaped pillow is not automatically right for everyone and is not a treatment.
